At Himal Energy, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

 

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

1. Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 48 hours from the date of signing for the express delivery with our service staff @info@himalenergy.com.

 

2. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The goods must remain in a brand-new and unused state, without any wear, scratches, deformation, or other conditions that affect secondary sales.

 

3.It must be returned in the original packaging. The original packaging and accessories (such as certificates, packaging boxes, polishing cloths, etc.)must be complete.

 

4. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, such as order screenshots or invoices.

 

5. Returned item(s) must be received by us within 20 days of the date the item was delivered.

 

6 . The customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item and assumes full responsibility for its safe return.

 

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

 

 

 2. Refund Process

 

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a refund:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@himalenergy.com. 

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

- Once we receive the goods and confirm that the refund conditions are met, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

3. Return Shipping

- You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

-Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded

 

4. Refund Timeline

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 5. Non-Refundable Items

Some items may be non-refundable, including:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Certain health and personal care items

- Custom-made

-To the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) applies to you, you may have additional rights relating to returning items.

 

 6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We can guide you through the exchange process.
